Zero. She would be in infinitely worse shape if they found it on her. She probably would of been taken directly to Kezess even. Considering that Ellie seemed to be on friendly terms with Caera I would assume she has it. Or it might of been given to the Lances to safeguard.

All the other asuras clans have been looked down on and suffered because of the dragons ruling for so long. Therefore they at least can empathize with other races suffering from the same thing even if they also don’t see them as equals. Many of these dragons on the other hand have only ever experienced being at the very top. Only having to answer to the dragons above them. They can’t empathize with other races because they have no frame of reference.

Dragons are arrogant and probably annoyed that they have to protect lessers. Also a so called lesser is trying to stand on equal footing with their lord. Arthur negotiating terms with Kezess means that he has a higher social standing than all of these other dragons since both parties need to be at least somewhat close to equal for a negotiation to happen. But most dragons think that the best “lesser” can’t even come close to the weakest asura. So this pisses them off. Caera and Lyra are the only ones they can take out their anger on. Touching anyone else would be a violation of the agreement between Arthur and Kezess. Moving and taking charge over a prisoner is also a political power move to take authority away from the Lances.
